Advanced proficiency in experimental design, statistical modeling, and high‑throughput screening. Proven leadership in lab operations, safety culture, and mentoring of junior scientists. Demonstrated ability to lead multiple high‑impact projects with strategic prioritization and cross‑functional alignment.
