At Great Lakes Honda City, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our team! If you have a passion for cars, strong customer service skills, and experience in automotive parts, this is your opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers (retail and service department) in selecting required parts
- Locate and order parts from internal and external sources as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and organize parts storage
- Accurately process parts orders, returns, and warranties
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information
- Coordinate with service technicians and managers to ensure timely parts delivery
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts role a MUST!Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
