Job Description: Many organizations have invested in AI tools, copilots and models but struggle to embed them into day-to-day operations. We are building a specialist network of AI Workflow Automation professionals for current and upcoming opportunities across New York but also Boston and Charlotte. These roles focus on turning AI capability into measurable business outcomes through workflow orchestration, automation and process optimization.

Role Overview:

Identify opportunities to embed AI into existing business processes and operational workflows
Design end-to-end workflows combining people, AI and existing business systems
Integrate AI capabilities into customer, employee and operational journeys
Define human-in-the-loop controls, approvals and escalation paths
Work across business, operations and technology teams to move AI-enabled workflows into production
Measure productivity, efficiency and quality improvements resulting from AI implementation
Support the transition from AI pilots to operational deployment
Tools & Technologies
Workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate or similarAI copilots, agents and automation platformsAPI integrations and workflow orchestration toolsCRM, ERP and operational business systems
Business process mapping and optimization tools
Reporting and process analytics tools
ExperienceExperience delivering workflow automation or business process transformation initiatives
Practical experience integrating AI into operational business processesExperience deploying AI-enabled workflows or automations into production
Experience integrating multiple business systems, APIs or data sources
Experience defining human review, approval or exception-handling processesExperience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to demonstrate measurable business impact from automation initiatives

About You:

Commercially and operationally minded
Comfortable working between Technology and the business
Able to identify where AI can genuinely improve a process rather than automating for its own sake
Grounded in practical implementation rather than AI theory
Comfortable working with emerging agentic AI technologies
Focused on measurable outcomes, adoption and operational impact
