Momentum Healthcare Staffing (Momentum HCS) is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physicians for hospital-employed Hospitalist and Nocturnist positions in Alabama. One Day Hospitalist and multiple Nocturnist openings are available for an ASAP start.
Position Highlights:
- Internal Medicine trained; BC/BE required
- Day: 7-on/7-off, 7:00 AM7:00 PM, approximately 182 shifts/year
- Night: Minimum 12 shifts/month, 7:00 PM7:00 AM, flexible scheduling
- Open ICU with Intensivist support
- No procedures required
- Hospitalists participate in rapid responses and codes
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts
- Epic EMRH-1B transfers considered; J-1 candidates not currently accepted
- New graduates for Summer 2027 are not currently being considered Compensation & Benefits
- Day: $148.50/hour
- Night: $172.06/hour
- Up to $40,000 quality bonus$100,000 signing bonusPSLF-eligible employer with student loan repayment options
