Senior Lead Superintendent – Ground Up Construction You’re a true builder. You’ve taken multiple buildings out of the ground, led other Superintendents, and enjoy working on big projects. Leading a 64-story ground up residential project in Manhattan is well within your wheelhouse. We need a DOB Licensed Super with a proven track record for taking at least 20+ story projects out of the ground. Once this Manhattan based project is finished, you’ll oversee the field operations on ground-up/ core and shell projects across NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and the Bronx. Projects include multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, affordable housing and office-to-resi conversions.
