VP, FP&A and Strategy

Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, including analysis of revenue, fees, expenses, and profitability. Build financial models to forecast earnings, cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements across investment vehicles. Monitor assets under management, investment activity, and financial performance. Run scenario analyses to support financing and capital allocation decisions. Prepare management reports and Board materials that explain key financial trends and the expected impact of investment activity. Partner with investment and business leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, financing alternatives, and new investment products. Assess the financial implications of proposed fund structures and support product development through launch. Support investor reporting, due diligence requests, and fundraising materials. Coordinate business initiatives with investment, finance, product, legal, and compliance teams. Improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting through automation and process improvements.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy within private credit or alternative asset management. Hands-on experience building fund-level forecasts and modeling earnings, leverage, liquidity, and capital needs across multiple entities. Strong understanding of private credit fund structures, fee economics, and investment performance metrics. Experience preparing materials for senior leadership or Boards and supporting strategic initiatives such as product launches, financing transactions, or acquisitions. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and translate complex analyses into clear recommendations.
