Operating within an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework, the CFO turns vision into measurable financial performance by owning the finance scorecard, Rocks, and operating cadence. As a member of the executive leadership team, you will help shape enterprise strategy and support leaders by surfacing opportunities early, clearly framing risks, and positioning the organization to meet the future with confidence. You will translate complex financial data into forward-looking scenarios and recommendations for executive decision-making. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide financial strategy, overseeing accounting and the monthly close, strengthening internal controls, and delivering accurate, decision-ready reporting.
