Texas Licensed Trial Attorney

Key responsibilities: Prepare and try General Liability cases, including initial investigation and legal analysis Conduct pre-trial discovery, hearings, and trials, while managing post-trial activities as necessary Mentor less experienced attorneys and provide leadership and training across the organizationRequired qualificationsJuris Doctor and 7 or more years of experience in litigation Member of the Texas State Bar in good standing Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal research tools such as Lexis or Westlaw Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance defense litigation Proven track record of effective settlement and trial skills
