Job Details: Job Location: TBR Grove City - Grove City, OH 43123, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $17.28 - $21.60 Hourly, Travel Percentage: Up to 10%, The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Mental Health Technician to join our brand new Child Wellness Center. The Child Wellness Mental Health Technician serves as a key contributor to the emotional, behavioral, and physical well-being of residents within a structured care environment. This role involves providing both individual and group supervision, implementing therapeutic interventions, and modeling positive behavioral leadership to foster a trauma-informed, supportive atmosphere. By delivering direct care to individuals facing mental health and behavioral challenges, the technician ensures a safe and nurturing setting that encourages stability, recovery, and personal growth. Shift Differential: Added to base rate when working the below hours 2nd Shift (3p - 11p): $1.50/hr 3rd Shift (11p - 7a): $1.00/hr Weekends (Fri, 3pm - Mon, 6:59am): $0.50/hr

Schedule: Full-time, Non-exempt (Weekends Required)1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Qualifications

Who you are: You have a high school diploma; Associates degree preferred. You have an active driver’s license and proof of car insurance. You have one year of mental health working experience. You are 21 years or older. You have previous work experience as a Mental Health Technician, Mental Health Specialist, Behavioral Aide, or other related titles.
