Regional Workforce Center Director

El Paso County seeks a Deputy Executive Director of the Pikes Peak Workforce Center to provide senior leadership for workforce programs serving El Paso and Teller Counties. You will translate strategy into action, oversee operations, and collaborate with federal, state, and local partners to enhance service delivery. The role emphasizes regional partnerships, performance management, and compliance with grant requirements, with an in-person, Monday–Friday schedule and occasional travel.
