Implant Equipment Engineer – Anneal & Surface Tech

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Equipment Engineer to support 300mm tool capabilities in the Implant department. The role focuses on keeping equipment at peak efficiency, driving yield improvements, reducing defects, and leading cost-reduction projects in a 24×7 manufacturing setting. You will monitor and troubleshoot equipment, lead tool qualification, coordinate maintenance, and analyze data to drive processing decisions.
