Real Estate Attorney | Up to $275k base | Fully Remote

What You’ll Do: Provide legal advice and representation on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, land use, zoning, and development. Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing agreements, and other transactional documents. Work collaboratively with clients, land planners, lenders, surveyors, architects, and other stakeholders. Support dispute resolution related to real estate, including working with litigation teams as needed. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $275,000 annually.
