In this role, you will plan orientation, in-service programs, and competency-based training that advance clinical skills, safety, and quality outcomes. Collaborating closely with nursing leaders, you will use simulation, technology, and adult learning principles to strengthen practice at the bedside. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs for clinical staff and students Conduct orientation, in-service training, and ongoing competency assessments Integrate evidence-based practice and current clinical standards into all educational content Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify learning needs and performance gaps Facilitate simulation labs and clinical skills workshops using current technology Support nurses in certification preparation and professional development planning Maintain accurate education records to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements Participate in quality improvement initiatives and translate findings into education Serve as a clinical resource and role model at the point of care Promote a culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and compassionate, xevrcyc high-quality care Curriculum development Clinical education Adult learning principles Nursing informatics/EMR documentation Simulation-based training Competency assessment Evidence-based practice Instructional design Presentation and facilitation Regulatory and accreditation knowledge Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license MSN preferred Nurse Educator certification (CNE) preferred BLS/ACLS certification Clinical teaching experience
