Key responsibilities:
Lead project intake, staffing, workflow planning, budgeting, execution, documentation, and communication
Handle due diligence, contract review, drafting, and audits for various transactions
Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and vendors to deliver exceptional outcomes and contribute to process improvements
Required qualifications:
Juris Doctor and admission to practice in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
Two to six years of experience in project lead or supervisory roles
Significant eDiscovery experience, preferably with tech tools like TAR
Strong supervisory and team-building skills
Proficiency in spreadsheet and litigation support software
