Accounts Receivable Clerk

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week).

Start Date: ASAP.

What You'll Do: Manage Invoices – Prepare and send invoices to customers accurately and on time. Track Payments – Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received promptly. Collections – Follow up with customers on overdue accounts in a professional, customer-friendly manner. Recordkeeping – Maintain accurate financial records and update our systems daily. Reporting – Assist with generating reports on receivables, collections, and cash flow. Collaborate with the Team – Work with operations, sales, and leadership to resolve billing issues. Be Flexible & Creative – Take on unconventional tasks to keep processes efficient and the team supported.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in accounts receivable, billing, or finance. Who Should Not Apply Not comfortable with numbers or financial details. Struggles with staying organized.
