- Minimum 2 years of construction industry experience
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and screening
- Availability for day shift (schedule confirmed at hire)
- Strong attention to detail and constant safety awareness
- Clear, confident communication with equipment operators and site supervisors
- Reliable transportation to the Spartanburg job siteKEY RESPONSIBILITIESGuide and monitor operators during crane lifts, material handling, and vehicle movement
- Identify and communicate hazards to operators, crew, and leadership in real time
- Maintain constant visual contact and establish hand-signal or radio protocols
- Enforce OSHA standards and project-specific safety plans
- Conduct pre-shift safety checks and document observations as required
- Coordinate directly with the site safety officer and project management teamPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrior Spotter experience on data center, commercial, or industrial projects
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - highly encouraged to apply
- First Aid / CPR certificationPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSStanding, walking, and active monitoring for full shifts in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, weather)
