Harper Collins Publishers is seeking a senior HR leader to serve as the lead consultative partner for the Harper Collins Christian Publishing division, shaping people strategy, organization design, and employee relations. The Vice President, People will partner with divisional leaders to translate business priorities into people solutions, lead talent and succession initiatives, and collaborate with the broader People Team to align enterprise programs and practices.
