About the Role: The Company is seeking a President to lead its enterprise, which is dedicated to providing technical and professional services to U.S. Federal Agencies and the Department of Defense. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of the company's enterprise-wide strategy, growth, financial performance, and operational execution. This senior executive role demands a leader with a proven track record in the GOVCON sector, particularly within a complex, multi-entity 8(a) or similar enterprise. The President will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure that the company's mission, values, and strategic direction are upheld, and will be accountable for the company's compliance with all relevant federal and government contracting requirements. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a Master's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and substantial executive-level experience. A minimum of 12 years in a senior GOVCON role is required, with a preference for those with significant experience in a tribally owned or similarly complex enterprise. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, the ability to manage enterprise-level risks, and a deep understanding of SBA 8(a) requirements and federal procurement processes. The President will also be responsible for leading the executive management team, developing the company's senior leadership, and representing the company at industry and government events.
