Key responsibilities:
Partner with the VP of FP&A to execute the enterprise FP&A agenda and planning priorities
Lead management reporting and executive analysis, ensuring clear communication of financial trends and recommendations
Develop FP&A talent through coaching and succession planning while coordinating cross-functional financial priorities
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance with significant leadership responsibility
Proven experience in leading enterprise planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes
Strong command of financial principles and advanced analytical capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial and analytical technologies preferred
