CNC Field Technician

Able to work with complex CNC machines Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines. Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Execute repairs and preventative maintenance. Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions. Communicate with other team members, internal departments and/or external vendors to resolve issues related to installation and service. REQUIRMENTS: Must have a valid driver’s license. Minimum of three years’ experience in performing maintenance of CNC machines. Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, HAAS) Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
