Financial Data Analyst

Responsibilities: Manage securities settlement and proof-of-claim filings Retrieve, clean, standardize, and validate trading data Calculate recognized losses under settlement plans Identify missing information, errors, and filing deficiencies Track claims, settlement payments, and client communications Prepare reports for attorneys, clients, and internal teams Assist with database, programming, and process-improvement projects

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, computer science, or a related field Four or more years of relevant work experience, including qualifying internships completed while earning a degree Strong Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis skills Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability Knowledge of securities trading, SEC filings, or class action settlements is preferred Experience with SQL, Python, R, C#, Java, or similar tools is a plus Compensation and Schedule$75,000 to $115,000 base, depending on experience Overtime eligibility Hybrid schedule in New York City In office Tuesday through Thursday Remote Monday and Friday All applications and inquiries will be handled confidentially.
