Information Technology Support Specialist

What You’ll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone and email Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, mobile device, and administrative issues Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and mobile applications Escalate more complex technical issues to senior members of the support team Support the rollout of new applications, technologies, and IT initiatives Test and evaluate new technologies to support business needs Log, track, and manage multiple incidents through a ticketing system Provide timely updates and follow through with users to ensure issues are fully resolved Create and maintain technical documentation, processes, and procedures What You’ll Bring 3–5+ years of experience in a Help Desk, Desktop Support, or similar IT support environment Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, and iOS environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate ticket documentation Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, user-focused environmentIT certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus Flexibility to work varying shifts and occasional overtime as needed Work Arrangement 4 days onsite in Westchester County, NY1 day remote Full-time Additional details regarding the organization and exact location will be shared with qualified candidates.
