Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and the smooth operation of daily warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities: Receive, unload, sort, and store incoming materials and products. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time. Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues or improve workflow.

Requirements: Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 40lb + and stand/walk for extended periods. Basic math and reading skills. Flexibility to work assigned shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
