SR Property Manager

Job Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations. Develop and implement property budgets, financial reports, and cost-effective management strategies to ensure profitability. Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes, including rent collection, accruals, and expense payments. Negotiate lease agreements with tenants, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property improvements, repairs, and routine maintenance, ensuring quality standards are met.

Requirements: 5+ years of commercial property management experience. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software, including common area maintenance (CAM) calculations. Have experience preparing lease abstracts and managing financial reporting for property operations. Understand common commercial real estate investment terminology, lease structures, and regulatory compliance. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective tenant relations and team collaboration.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Have a proven track record in managing commercial properties with strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control. Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various property operations efficiently. Possess excellent problem-solving skills to address tenant issues and property maintenance challenges effectively. Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates, including advertising vacancies and conducting property tours for prospective tenants. REF #49472
