Associate Director of Financial Planning

What You'll Do: Own the development and ongoing refinement of comprehensive retirement plans. Lead technical retirement income analysis, including Social Security, pensions, RMDs, and portfolio withdrawal strategies. Identify and develop tax-planning opportunities, including Roth conversions and tax-efficient distribution strategies. Review client financial information and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. Collaborate with team members and other professionals to integrate investment, tax, and estate planning considerations. Help strengthen our planning processes and technical standards as the firm grows.

What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management. CFP® designation or actively pursuing it. Series 65 or an accepted equivalent. Strong technical knowledge of retirement income planning, tax strategy, and investment distribution. Confidence reviewing tax returns and evaluating complex retirement planning scenarios. A thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and the ability to explain sophisticated concepts in an approachable way.
