HL7 Integration Specialist

Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain HL7 interfaces (ADT, ORU, ORM, MDM, DFT, BAR) using Cloverleaf. Perform message mapping, transformations (Xlates), routing, and filtering as per client and Solventum requirements. Lead end-to-end testing (Unit, Integration, UAT, Production validation) across multiple client interfaces. Analyze and resolve HL7 data issues (missing fields, segment errors, mapping gaps, duplicates). Work closely with client teams and vendors (e.g., Solventum) for interface validation and issue resolution. Support production deployments, hypercare, and troubleshooting. Ensure adherence to playbook standards, documentation, and reusable interface patterns. Participate in client calls, provide updates, and take ownership of assigned interfaces.
