On-Call Acute Care Physical Therapist

Providence Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX seeks a physical therapist for an on-call, day shift role. The therapist will assess, plan, and implement treatment, educate patients and families, and work with supervision as needed, but will often operate independently. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, TX PT license, and BLS certification. Preferred includes neonatal therapy and 2 years in rehab.
