The Opportunity: We're looking for experienced freight broker agents with an established, active book of business. This is not an entry-level position or a training program.

Our agents operate independently, managing their customer relationships and shipments from start to finish, while Fenichey handles the back-office responsibilities. What We're Looking For:
  • An established, active book of freight business with existing shipper relationships ... required.
  • Demonstrated experience as a freight broker or independent freight agent.
  • Proven ability to generate freight revenue and manage customer accounts independently.
  • Experience negotiating rates, sourcing carriers, and managing shipments.
  • Strong knowledge of LTL and/or Truckload transportation.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
