Strategic Employee Relations Advisor

JLL in Chicago, IL is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant. You will assess and resolve employee issues, provide risk-mitigating recommendations, and help align actions with JLL's commitment to fair treatment of staff. You will lead investigations under Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and other laws, coach executives and HR partners, support ER COE initiatives, and help develop training, tools, templates, and processes. Some travel to support US operations may be required.
