Litigation Associate-Insurance Defense

Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense and civil litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Collaborate with partners and clients throughout all phases of litigation Maintain regular communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Nevada bar admission 2+ years of litigation experience preferred Experience handling insurance defense, general liability, transportation, premises liability, construction defect, product liability, or commercial litigation matters Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment What They Offer Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid or remote work flexibility Direct client interaction and substantive litigation responsibilities Opportunity to work on high-exposure and complex litigation matters
