Senior Litigation Attorney - Complex Litigation

Duties: Own and manage legal matters day-to-day, ensuring they stay within scope and budget. Serve as the primary client contact, escalating issues when necessary. Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in hearings or trials. Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to improving matter plans, templates, and legal products. Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and alignment.

Requirements: JD and active Florida Bar membership. 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation. Strong advocacy skills in motions, depositions, hearings, and negotiations. Ability to work independently within a structured system. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) Certifications Active Florida Bar membership Skills Analytical rigor and ability to form positions based on facts and evidence. Clear, direct communication with clients, courts, and team members. Comfort with delegating tasks and following up on them.
