What You’ll Do: Prospect and build relationships with new customers Make outbound calls and confidently engage decision-makers Develop, manage, and grow your own book of business Follow proven Sandler sales processes and coaching Stay organized, disciplined, and accountable to daily activity Compensation Starting salary: $31,500.00 Commission-based earnings as your book of business grows Developmental bonuses while you’re working toward commission levels
