Senior Commercial Contracts Counsel – Consumer Brands

Foster Garvey PC seeks a counsel or partner-level attorney with at least eight years of sophisticated commercial contracting and transactional experience to join our Consumer Brands Industry Group. The successful candidate will structure, negotiate, and manage relationships for product development, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution needs. Experience representing consumer brands, manufacturers or product-based businesses is strongly preferred.
