Lifespace Communities is seeking a Director of HR for Friendship Village of South Hills in Upper St. Clair, PA. You will lead human resources policies, recruitment, compensation, and employee relations to support our residents and staff. With 8–10 years of HR generalist experience and a PHR or SPHR certification preferred, you will partner with community leadership to drive strategy, budget stewardship, training, and a compassionate, mission-driven culture.
