Financial Systems Analyst

Financial Systems Analyst Architect and maintain scalable financial data models and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making. Design and implement automated data pipelines and ETL processes using tools such as Power Query, SQL, and Python. Develop advanced financial dashboards and interactive visualizations using Power BI and Excel Power Pivot to monitor KPIs and business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and data solutions. Lead the integration of financial systems with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM) to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Conduct root cause analysis on data anomalies and implement data governance protocols to improve data quality and integrity. Evaluate and enhance internal systems for efficiency, scalability, and compliance with financial reporting standards. Prepare source-to-target mapping documentation and data dictionaries to support system enhancements and audits. Provide technical mentorship and training to finance and business users on data tools and reporting best practices.
