Key responsibilities:
Convert inbound and outbound leads into rentals, achieving sales targets and maintaining high occupancy rates
Deliver professional customer support through various communication channels, ensuring high satisfaction and positive reviews
Maintain accurate CRM records and generate performance reports to track customer interactions and sales conversions Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, call center, or customer service roles
Proficiency with CRM systems; prior experience with Stor Edge or VMOS is a plus
Prior experience in self-storage or property management is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or a related field preferred
