Lead UAS GNC & Flight-Test Engineering Manager

Rainmaker is seeking a Manager, GNC and Test Engineering to lead end-to-end UAS development from requirements through flight qualification. You will own GNC, tune controllers, and validate propulsion sizing under real-world wind and environmental conditions. The role demands hands-on flight test leadership, experience taking a platform from concept to a flying, qualified vehicle, and willingness to deploy to field tests, including extended field experiences and possible OCONUS assignments.
