Corporate & Securities Counsel

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Counsel or Senior Counsel to join its Corporate & Securities Practice Group. This attorney will work collaboratively with a multi-office group representing large Nasdaq and NYSE-listed companies across a variety of industries. This role offers substantial work with sophisticated securities law, corporate governance, capital markets, regulatory compliance, and public company advisory matters. The position is specifically designed for attorneys who enjoy high-level work but are not interested in a traditional partnership-track path. The position offers reduced hours.
