About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Treasury Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership in the areas of enterprise cash operations, banking, payments, cash reporting, treasury controls, and enabling technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of the Treasury Operations strategy, establishing priorities, and ensuring that outcomes are aligned with the broader Treasury and Finance strategy. This role involves directing major Treasury Operations initiatives, transformation, and leading a multi-level team of Treasury professionals. The Vice President will also be a key partner with senior and executive leadership, influencing decisions on significant matters, and will be expected to have a deep understanding of the financial services industry and the interdependencies of Treasury across various business functions. Applicants for the Vice President, Treasury Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 15 years of broad Treasury experience, and at least 5 years of experience working with a Treasury Management System. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in cash management, banking, payments, and related operational processes, as well as a proven track record in leading technology enhancements, process redesign, and operational transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail. A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation and advanced degree are preferred, and experience with enterprise-scale Treasury transformation and emerging technologies such as AI is a plus.
