Our state-of-the-art national fulfillment center, located in Crawfordsville Indiana, is seeking quality workers ready and available to work an agreed upon work schedule. It is only with a dedicated staff we are able to meet and exceed our customers' expectations by picking, packing and shipping approximately 1.2 million books daily to customers around the world.
Job Description:
We have immediate openings for Light Picker/Packers on 2nd shift. Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. $18.00/hr. Full benefits effective your first day of employment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pick and pack customer book orders using a variety of methods
- Process customer book returns in a variety of ways
- Using a computer and/or hand-held radio frequency (RF) equipment

Qualifications:
- Requires basic reading and math skills
- Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis and occasionally up to 35 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift (minimal breaks provided)
- Must be able to climb stairs and be comfortable working on an upper mezzanine level
- Must follow all safety rules and work well in a team-orientated environmentMust possess the flexibility to work in other areas based on business needs
- Minimum age requirement is 16 Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain good overall safety and attendance record
- Work well in a team-orientated environmentMust adhere to all established safety and precaution measures
- The Health and Safety of all our employees is critical. Must be flexible and cross-trained in other areas to assist with work in other departments based on business needs.
