Manufacturing Painter

Key Responsibilities: Prepare metal parts for paint (cleaning, masking, sanding, solvent wipe-down)Mix and apply urethane-based coatings Operate HVLP spray equipment, including Graco Sharpe spray guns Ensure consistent coverage and professional-quality finish Inspect painted parts for runs, defects, or inconsistencies Perform touch-ups and rework as needed Maintain paint booth, tools, and materials Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Qualifications 3+ years of industrial or equipment painting experience Experience with urethane or two-part coating systems Skilled with HVLP spray systems Ability to properly mix coatings and understand cure times Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
