The Executive Director will also be responsible for managing the loan process from origination to closing, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and maintaining the highest ethical standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in affordable housing or commercial real estate finance, with a proven track record in financing affordable housing through various government and agency programs. A deep understanding of community development finance products, including LIHTC, Section 8, and bond financing, is essential. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities, a team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. A bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an advanced degree or professional designation.
