Rotor Balance Technician

Key Responsibilities: - Perform precision balancing, mechanical assembly, and inspection of turbomachinery components and rotating assemblies. - Assemble components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, specifications, and established procedures. - Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools to inspect components and verify quality. - Complete inspection reports, document quality issues, and assist with identifying solutions. - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications: - Must have 2+ years of experience in an industrial or machine shop environment preferred. - Must have experience with component assembly and/or dynamic balancing is highly preferred. - Must have ability to read and understand assembly and manufacturing drawings. - Must be mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail, patience, and a willingness to learn. - Must have ability to work in a physically demanding shop environment, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 lbs., and operating basic material-handling equipment.
