Advanced Practice Nurse

This full-time, on-site Family Nurse Practitioner role is based in Hermitage, TN. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role also involves providing patient education, promoting preventive care, and coordinating referrals to specialty services as needed. The Family Nurse Practitioner is expected to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support AdvancedHEALTH’s commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
