Coatings & Materials Manufacturing Engineer Robotics Scale-Up

1X is seeking a coatings and materials manufacturing engineer in California to scale advanced materials for our humanoid robotics platform. You will lead the industrialization of coatings, load-bearing fiber systems, and other materials, directing equipment selection, line design, SOPs, and production training. You'll work across research, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to transition lab developments into high-volume production, applying DOE, PFMEA, and process validation to deliver safe,
