Help Desk Analyst

IT Support Consultant (Remote – Denver, CO Residents Only) This role supports the Information Technology Services (ITS) team and is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. The consultant will interact with customers and vendors both over the phone and in-person to resolve a wide range of technical problems. The position includes statewide support for:2,800+ desktops100+ laptops400+ networked multifunction devices and printers across multiple Colorado locations. This role requires: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Strong background in: Help Desk / IT Support Customer Support & Customer Service Active Directory Computer Networking Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills Experience with imaging, deployment, and desktop supportGHOST 8.0+ experience required; FOG experience is a plus
