California Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Key responsibilities: Proactively manage loan files and tasks from initiation through resolution, ensuring smooth communication with all parties involved Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements while identifying outstanding conditions that may impact timelines Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain accurate loan records

Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of mortgage industry experience in a relevant role Experience with Conventional, VA, and Jumbo loans preferred Mortgage originator license preferred Proficiency with Encompass or similar systems preferred
