Chargé(e) de mission " Patrimoine et médiation" - SM Canigo Grand Site

Missions The position of "mediation patrimoniale et participation citoyenne" contributes to the implementation of the strategy for the reception, awareness, and valorization of the Grand Site de France "Massif et balcons du Canigó". The chargé de mission develops actions that promote a better understanding of the natural, landscape, cultural, and intangible heritages of the massif, while encouraging respectful behaviors and a citizen appropriation of the preservation issues. In this role, he or she coordinates the mediation and engaging communication devices of the Syndicat Mixte, designs and animates awareness actions with various audiences, and supports the interpretation projects of the heritages included in the Grand Site de France project. The chargé de mission acts as an interface between elected officials, partners, residents, users, and visitors to promote knowledge, understanding, and adherence to the objectives and values of the Grand Site. The agent will be under the responsibility of the superior hierarchical, the Director. The agent will be in functional and professional link with all the employees of the syndicate, without exception. Internal functional relations: President of the syndicate, Vice-Presidents and elected officials. In the framework of his or her mission, the chargé de mission may have to deal with all the actors concerned by the theme, including: associations of heritage, structures carrying out territorial projects (Pays d'Art et d'Histoire, Pnr, Pays,...), resource places (ADPO, Archives du Centre Excursionniste de Catalogne, INA, Institut Jean Vigo, private funds, bibliography,...), project carriers of interpretation and beneficiaries of the support, partners (Department, Region, GAL, universities,...), qualified personalities (experts, universities, local erudites,...), members of the cultural heritage commission, local political actors (elected officials, intercommunal organization,...).
