Plant Controller: Financial Performance & Controls

Trex Company, a leading maker of decking and outdoor living products, seeks a Plant Controller to partner with operations, drive cost controls, and ensure GAAP compliance across the plant finance function. You will lead analytical efforts, forecast performance, and shape standard costing while collaborating with IT for new systems. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Controllership and Plant Manager, you will influence leadership teams, manage KPI reporting, and guide improvements for
