Senior Real Property Appraiser

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking a highly qualified real property specialist at the GS-14 level to perform complex appraisal, valuation analyses, and advisory functions within the Office of Facilities and Asset Management. The position covers multiple locations including Washington, DC; Indianapolis, IN; Euless, TX; and Aliso Viejo, CA. It requires experience in appraisal management, market data analysis, and contract oversight.
